We have an excellent opening for an Application & Infrastructure Architect. Interested candidates should have a good Architectural view of Distributed Infrastructures with a mix of technologies & servers as well as the ability to understand/simplify & document Infrastructure and/or Applications from a High Level or Detailed Design point of view.
- Ability to work with a mix of teams (technical & non-technical) to gather requirements / design / implement solutions

Ability to take initiative to gather requirements, documentation and any such documents related to the project

Ability to translate high level business requirements into technical requirements and technical requirements into high quality code

Technical Requirements:

Technology: WebServices, Network Protocols (HTTP, FTP, etc), Broadcast/Multicast, Streaming data

Networking: Network connectivity using NICs, SANs, RAID, etc

Architecture: Database servers/Application Servers/Enterprise Bus

Design Tools: Visio

Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX (or equivalent)
